HOVIMA HOTELS Terms and conditions agencies

These Terms and Conditions Agencies (hereinafter, "TCA") contain the terms and conditions of registration as an Agency on this website (hereinafter, "Website"). These TCA apply to all the companies that make up the commercial name HOVIMA HOTELS: Turística Konrad, S.L. and Santa María del Sur, S.A. (hereinafter, "HOVIMA HOTELS").

I.) Acceptance of the TCA:)

If the Agency intends to process the registration on this Website, it will be obliged to accept the TCA with the acceptance in the tick box provided for this purpose, declares and accepts:

- The undersigned person is a representative or authorised by the Agency with full legal capacity and right to sign these TCAs.
- The present TCA clauses are binding for the Agency.
- The person making the registration must read and accept the Privacy Policy (https://www.hovima.com/es/politica-proteccion-datos/).
- The person registering accepts the Legal Notice of this Website (https://www.hovima.com/es/politica-privacidad-legal/).

II.) Registration Process Agency Registration:)

- The Agency must complete the Agency Registration form with the following information:
- Commercial Data.
- Fiscal Data.
- The data marked with (*) are compulsory.
- Once the registration form has been completed, the data must be sent (the registration made in any of the hotels is valid for all HOVIMA hotels). The registration request cannot be processed if you do not read and accept the Privacy Policy and these TCA. The sending of Newsletters is optional.
- HOVIMA HOTELS will proceed to review the application and, once validated, the agency will receive a notification indicating that its account has been registered and can make bookings.

III.) Management of the private profile:)

Once the registration as an Agency has been processed, the user in the private profile will be the e-mail address with which it is registered and it will be able to set its own password.
The agency will be able to make bookings from its private profile.

IV.) Unsubscription procedure.

To unsubscribe, you have to contact by email: info@hovima.com.

V.) Confidentiality:

HOVIMA HOTEL undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of the data provided by implementing the necessary technical and organisational measures to minimise the risks of loss of personal data and/or confidential information as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Access to the Agency's data is restricted to those persons authorised to use it, applying due diligence to avoid any loss, alteration or misuse of the same.

VI.) Liability:)

In case of questions, claims, errors or technical problems in registration, disputes or legal actions related to the legal relationship between the Agency and HOVIMA HOTELS, the Agency can contact HOVIMA HOTELS at info@hovima.com.
The contents of the present TCA are binding for the Agency. Furthermore, the Agency acknowledges that in case of breach of any clause of the TCA it may be liable for damages.

VII.) Applicable law and competent jurisdiction:.

The applicable law shall be Spanish law and the jurisdiction shall be that of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

VIII.) Modification of the TCA and duration:

HOVIMA HOTELS reserves the right to unilaterally modify these TCA at any time. In this case HOVIMA HOTELS will notify the Agency by email and publication on the Website.

From the day of publication, the amended TCA text will also apply to the Agency and this condition is accepted by both the Agency and HOVIMA HOTELS.
