HOVIMA HOTELS General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") contain the terms and conditions of access to the HOVIMA Club. These GTC apply to all the companies that make up the trade name HOVIMA HOTELS: Turística Konrad, S.L. and Santa María del Sur, S.A. (hereinafter, "HOVIMA HOTELS").

I.) Acceptance of the GTC:)

The User, if he/she intends to register in the HOVIMA Club, will be obliged to accept the present GTC with the acceptance in the tick box provided for this purpose. The present clauses are binding for the Registered User. The User must read and accept the https://www.hovima.com/es/politica-proteccion-datos/ in order to register.

II.) Conditions and benefits of the HOVIMA Club:)

Conditions:
- They can belong to the HOVIMA Club over 18 years old, by filling in the registration form.
- Registration in the HOVIMA Club is free of charge.
- Once registered in the HOVIMA Club, this single registration is valid for all HOVIMA HOTELS.
- The discounts included for belonging to the HOVIMA Club may be modified at any time. The modifications will be duly published.

Benefits:
- 5% discount on bookings made through the official HOVIMA website.
- 10% discount on extras during your stay (except for HOVIMA ATLANTIS)
- Welcome gift (minimum stay of 3 nights)
- One drink of water or wine in Half Board or Full Board (except for HOVIMA ATLANTIS which will be in the HOVIMA PANORAMA).

III.) Registration process to become a member of the HOVIMA Club:)

The User may become a member of the HOVIMA Club to access the benefits mentioned in these GTC through the registration form.

To complete the registration process in the HOVIMA Club it is essential to register by filling in all the required fields.
Once you have done so, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

IV.) Unsubscription procedure.

You can request to unsubscribe as a member of Club HOVIMA by contacting us by e-mail: info@hovima.com.

V.) Confidentiality:

HOVIMA HOTELS undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of the data provided by its Registered Users by implementing the necessary technical and organisational measures to minimise the risks of loss of personal data and/or confidential information as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Access to the Registered User's data is restricted to those persons authorised to use it, applying due diligence to avoid any loss, alteration or misuse of the same.

VI.) Liability:)

In case of questions, claims, errors or technical problems in registration, disputes or legal actions related to the legal relationship between the Registered User and HOVIMA HOTELS, the User may submit a request exclusively to HOVIMA HOTELS at the e-mail address: info@hovima.com.
The Registered User considers the content of this GTC to be binding for him/her. Furthermore, he/she acknowledges that in case of breach of any clause of the GTC he/she may be liable for damages.

VII.) Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Disputes:)

The consumer (Registered User) may contact HOVIMA HOTELS to resolve any dispute via email: info@hovima.com .

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Art. 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU, we inform that those traders in the European Union who conclude contracts of sale or provision of services online, made by means of electronic commerce, must provide information of the existence of the Platform for the resolution of online disputes: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

VIII.) Applicable law and competent jurisdiction:.

The applicable law shall be Spanish law and the jurisdiction shall be that of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

IX.) Modification of the GTC and duration:)

The Website Provider may modify these GTC at any time, which will be duly published on the Website. The validity of the aforementioned conditions shall apply until they are modified by other duly published conditions.
