1. Wash and maintain in perfect hygienic condition the utensils, tools, kitchenware and tableware, guaranteeing their availability for service.
2. Clean and disinfect general kitchen surfaces: countertops, work tables, floors and other common areas, avoiding accumulation of waste during service.
3. Empty waste bins and garbage cans, move the waste to the assigned points and collaborate in its proper separation, leaving the area clean for the next shift.
4. Replenish basic cleaning materials (rags, paper, scouring pads, gloves, etc.) and inform the person in charge if products need to be replenished.
5. Collaborate in the external cleaning of kitchen machinery (ovens, fryers, cameras, etc.) under supervision, without handling technical or internal components.
