SCOPE AND DURATION
HOVIMA Hotels and all hotels in the chain are running a photography contest on their corporate Instagram pages: Hovima Hotels Hovima Cool Costa Adeje Jardín Caleta Hovima La Pinta Hovima Panorama Hovima Santa María Hovima Suites Costa Adeje
with the aim of promoting their social networks and establishing a direct communication channel with their clients.
The challenge begins on August 3, 2026, at 00:01h and ends on August 17, 2026, at 23:59h.
The winner will be announced on social media starting August 19, 2026.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Only persons over 18 years of age with a public profile that meets these requirements and all other conditions established in these terms and conditions may participate:— They must have uploaded a photograph to their public Instagram profile with the theme “Postcards from HOVIMA” that best represents their vacation. An image that, if they had to turn it into a postcard, they would send to someone to summarize their experience. It could be a special corner of the hotel, a sunset, an activity, a moment as a couple, with family, or any memory that reflects what their vacation meant. If the photos are taken at any HOVIMA hotel, they will have an additional bonus in the evaluation.
— Mentioning @hovimahotels and the profile of the hotel where they would like to win the stay: @hovimacoolcostaadeje, @jardincaleta, @hovimalapinta, @hovimapanorama, @hovimasantamaria or @hovimasuitescostaadeje.
— In the post description, add the hashtag #HOVIMAMoments.
— Follow the corporate account of the hotel where they would like to win the stay: @hovimacoolcostaadeje, @jardincaleta, @hovimalapinta, @hovimapanorama, @hovimasantamaria or @hovimasuitescostaadeje.
Participants may participate as many times as they wish.
The challenge jury reserves the right to remove any photographs that have a derogatory or offensive tone or that do not respect the theme of the contest: “Postcards from HOVIMA”.
Participation in the contest implies the assumption of authorship by the participant; otherwise, they may be disqualified. Likewise, HOVIMA Hotels, HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje, HOVIMA Jardín Caleta, HOVIMA La Pinta, HOVIMA Panorama, HOVIMA Santa María, and HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje decline any responsibility derived from the improper and/or unauthorized use of the photographs.
CONTEST MECHANICS
The prize will be awarded by a jury composed of 3 members from each hotel and 2 members from the HOVIMA Hotels central office; each of these members will choose 2 photographs from all the photographs that have participated in the contest, awarding 10 points to their favorite photograph and 5 points to the second chosen photograph. The photograph with the highest score will win.Creativity, originality, and techniques used will be valued, as well as the quality and value provided in the presented photographic piece.
CHALLENGE PRIZE
A 4-night stay at the HOVIMA hotel of the winner's choice on a half-board basis in an apartment or superior room for 3 adults, 2 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children.The prize does not include travel for the winner to the hotel or any other service.
The prize is only redeemable between 09/01/26 and 11/30/27 and is subject to availability. Excluded periods are from 12/24/26 to 01/03/26, from 03/21/27 to 03/28/27, and from 08/01/27 to 08/31/27.
In the event that the winner does not accept the prize, it cannot be exchanged for another prize or for any cash value.
Before receiving the prize, it will be necessary for the winner to identify themselves with their ID or passport.
The winner will sign and send a document to HOVIMA Hotels that will contain the acceptance of the prize and the receipt thereof in conformity.
If the winner cannot be contacted according to the data available on their profile, if they do not accept the prize, or if these terms and conditions have been breached, HOVIMA HOTELS reserves the right to declare the prize void.
Participation in the challenge implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and the assignment to HOVIMA HOTELS, HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje, HOVIMA Jardín Caleta, HOVIMA La Pinta, HOVIMA Panorama, HOVIMA Santa María, and HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje of all copyright of the photographs presented in the contest, as well as the assignment of all image rights of the people appearing in them, with HOVIMA HOTELS, HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje, HOVIMA Jardín Caleta, HOVIMA La Pinta, HOVIMA Panorama, HOVIMA Santa María, and HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje reserving the right to publish any of the photographs presented to the challenge as advertising or communication material.
Likewise, participation in the challenge implies acceptance of the HOVIMA Hotels Privacy Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that the data from the social network profile with which you participate in the contest, as well as the data requested from the winner, will be processed by Turística Konrad, S.L (HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje, HOVIMA Jardín Caleta, HOVIMA La Pinta, HOVIMA Panorama, and HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje) and Santa María del Sur, S.A. (HOVIMA Santa María), hereinafter HOVIMA HOTELS, for the purpose of managing your participation in the contest and, where appropriate, delivery of the prize. The photographs provided for the contest will be published on the corporate social networks of HOVIMA HOTELS for the purpose of promotion and advertising of the contest. Likewise, the data of the profile with which you have participated, of the winning person, may be published on the corporate social networks of HOVIMA HOTELS.Participation in this contest includes the assignment of the right to one's own image (photographs), without temporal or spatial limitation, necessary to carry out the contest. This is done under the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and One's Own Image and in accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your express consent by participating in this contest and, therefore, the contractual relationship with the acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your data will be in our database during the management of the contest and, in any case, during the legal prescription period for possible claims or by request for deletion. The data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. No international transfers are made.
For any incident regarding the processing we carry out of your personal data, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, and portability of your data, and the limitation or opposition to their processing, at any time, by means of a written document accompanied by a document that identifies you, addressed to:

HOVIMA HOTELS, HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje, HOVIMA Jardín Caleta, HOVIMA La Pinta, HOVIMA Panorama, HOVIMA Santa María, and HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje are not responsible for internet interruptions or failures on the Instagram page.HOVIMA HOTELS, HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje, HOVIMA Jardín Caleta, HOVIMA La Pinta, HOVIMA Panorama, HOVIMA Santa María, and HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje exclude any liability for damages of any nature that, despite the security measures adopted, could be due to the improper use of the services and contents by users and, in particular, for the damages that may be due to the impersonation of a third party carried out by a user.
