- For reservations made through the official HOVIMA Hotels websites, can I cancel a reservation? What expenses can you generate?
To cancel the booking, you have to request it by sending the booking to info@hovima.com.
Flexible rate:
In case of cancellation (at any time), up to a maximum of 11 months after the date on which the booking was made, the deposit already charged will be refunded, deducting as cancellation fee the following amounts:
HOVIMA La Pinta / HOVIMA Costa Adeje: The amount is 80€/unit, and 150€/unit for stays during Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter periods.
HOVIMA Panorama / HOVIMA Jardín Caleta / HOVIMA Santa María / HOVIMA Atlantis: The amount is 30€/unit, and 90€/unit for stays during Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter.
In case of no-show at the hotel, the deposit already charged will not be refunded and will be invoiced as a cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Rate:
Payment of 100% of your stay will be made at the time of booking confirmation through a charge on your credit card. Once the reservation is canceled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Check the inbox and spam folder.

When you have completed the reservation process, the confirmation page will appear. Here you will find all the details of your reservation which you can download in PDF format. We will also send you an email with all the information of your reservation.

During your reservation, you have the option of putting another person as the reservation holder.

At check-in, you have to pay the pending amount of the stay. You can pay by visa or cash (in Euros).
